A tour of the map-first trip screen: the draggable hub, day-coloured map, quick actions, tiles, workspaces, and trip settings.

Tap any trip card on Home to open the trip's map-first hub. The map stays underneath two draggable sheets: the hub you see first, and a workspace sheet for Plans, Preflight, Voting, Expenses, and Balances.

The map

Drag the hub down by its handle to reveal the map. Located plans appear as day-coloured pins, with numbered stops joined by a dotted route when a day has more than one place.

  • Tap a pin to open that plan's details.
  • Tap a day chip to fit the map around that day's located stops. The dot and number on each chip match the day's pins and show how many plans it contains.
  • Tap the fit all button on the right to bring every located plan back into view.
  • Plans without a usable location still appear in the Plans timeline, but not as map pins.

The day strip and fit button appear while the sheets are lowered. If neither the destination nor any plan has map coordinates, Limbo shows the trip photo instead.

The hub

The first sheet opens near the top of the screen. Its quick actions stay pinned along the top:

  • Crew avatar: opens the crew list. A +N badge shows when more people are on the trip.
  • Chat: opens the trip conversation and shows an unread badge when needed.
  • Pitch In hand: opens the trip's shared planning jobs.
  • + Add: opens the plan-type picker. Adding needs edit permission. organizer

Chat, Pitch In, and Add use the same transparent glass circles as the header gear, with indigo icons that remain clear over light and dark maps.

Below those actions you may see the next flight, followed by a two-column set of live tiles:

TileWhat it previews
PlansThe next plans, or undated ideas marked Anytime
PreflightYour personal readiness score, status, and tasks still to go
ExpensesYour share, the group's total, and the amount settled
Pitch InOpen and completed planning jobs for the crew

Preflight appears when a readiness score is available for the trip. If it is not available, the fourth space shows More coming.

Tap a tile to open its full workspace. Tap or drag that workspace all the way down to return to the hub.

The workspaces

The workspace sheet has a horizontally scrolling row of pills:

  • Plans: a day-by-day timeline with plan-type filters.
  • Preflight: your personal preparation score and tasks, when available.
  • Voting: open proposals and voting settings.
  • Expenses: costed plans and the group total.
  • Balances: who owes whom after confirmed expenses and settlements.

You can drag the workspace between a small peek, a half-height view, and a nearly full-screen view. The title at the top changes with the active workspace; the + button appears in Plans.

Need inspiration?

Scroll below the tiles and tap ✨ Need inspiration? to build a tailored list of places and activities. You choose the suggestions to add, and voting trips can propose up to five selected ideas to the crew instead. See AI trip tools.
