Plan details
Every plan opens a details sheet — see it on the map, add it to your phone's calendar, call the venue, or tap the pencil to edit.
Tap any plan — on the trip's Overview, Itinerary, or Budget tab, or a linked plan in the trip chat — and its details sheet slides up. You stay where you are; the sheet closes with the back chevron or a swipe down.
Every crew member can open details sheets. Only the pencil is gated: editing needs edit access to the trip. member
The header buttons
- Back chevron — closes the sheet.
- Map pin — opens the plan on a map. Only shows when the plan has a location with coordinates.
- Calendar — adds the plan to your phone's calendar. The first time, your phone asks for calendar access. A plan without a date can't be exported — Limbo tells you "This plan has no date"; a plan without an end time goes in as a one-hour event.
- Pencil — opens the edit form. Organizers and crew with edit permission only; everyone else uses the sheet read-only. organizer
What the sheet shows
- The place photo and its Google rating, when the plan has a location.
- The address, and the plan's date and time — or a red Add date button if it doesn't have one yet (see Itinerary and calendar).
- A phone number — tap it to call.
- A website — tap it to open.
- The plan's notes, and a ✉️ email chip when the plan came from a forwarded booking.
Each type gets its own sheet

Plan details in chat
When someone links a plan in the trip chat, tapping the plan card opens the same details sheet right inside the conversation — no jumping to the trip and back.
Note
One exception: if the linked plan is an open proposal, the chat shows a live ballot card instead of a plain plan card — you vote right in the stream. See Trip chat basics.

- Open details sheets, view the map, add to your calendar: every crew member on the trip. member
- Edit (the pencil): trip organizers and crew with edit permission. organizer
